Today is
that happy day when we can start to do whatever we like with the income we have, rather than paying it across to a squandering government; no change since last year, but a FULL WEEK later than in 2002! Make the most of the coming seven months; it won't be long until Gordon Brown and whoever is to be the new Chancellor will have their claws into us once more.
