Burning Man 2012

I had never heard of Burning Man until a year or two ago, and through the same link in Australia that got me to the really lovely video below of this year's event. Burning Man is a week-long annual event in Nevada (USA) "described by many participants as an experiment in community, art, radical self-expression, and radical self-reliance". Read more here. I'm including this video because it is visually arresting and seems to capture the surrealistic nature of this event:
