Independent' councillor for his Balloch/Culloden ward has a relaxing holiday from his toils on behalf of
New Labour at Holyrood, where I am absolutely positive his role as
Minister for Education and Young People is most assuredly vital to the wellbeing of his fellow Scottish residents. Or not, as the case may be.
